Description

Brima Bagura leads a crew of five artisanal miners. His mining operation supports his wife, three children, and the five young miners who work under him. The crew do not own the plot they work on, and Brima has to constantly negotiate with landowners for the right to mine on new lands. Brima is stressed by the burden of supporting so many people, and prays to God daily in hope that something will change.
